Considering I have the biggest nail varnish collection that my mum and boyfriend find obscene, I thought I'd do a blog on some of my favourites!

I also wanted to include some of the new false nails I purchased last week from Primark which are amazing quality for £1 each! Plus they are lush to look at. Admittedly I hate stick on nails 90% of the time because I lose 5 out of 10 in the first 24 hours. However, these seem to stick and the glue is super strong as I learnt from spilling it all over my hands and pyjamas (oops).

For all Ciate Dolls house colours see my previous post here.

I think it's fair to say I am a tad obsessed with nail art/varnish/decals/acrylics.

Holiday Make-up

Eyeshadow Palette - Topshop/ Concealer - Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin in Medium/ BB Cream - Maybelline Dream Fresh BB in Medium/ Eyeliner - Seventeen 'Tattoo Me'/ Lipstick - Topshop Infrared

I know holidays are for feeling fresh faced which is my way to go through the day but I definitely couldn't live without make up for a whole week. I am all for no make up but I am equally all for glamorous.

Ordinarily I wear NARS sheer glow foundation in Deauville but anyone who has used this knows it is too heavy for holiday and also the shade would be far too pale (usually casper).
I have been using Maybellines BB cream for the past two summers and it is perfect. It's not sticky or thick and it has SPF 30; which admittedly did not stop my face seriously burning but understandable with my translucent skin.

I use the Topshop Eyeshadow palette for filling in my eyebrows as well as occasionally using the cream and brown shades for eyeshadow but I tend to stray from eyeshadow on holiday to keep as natural as I can.

Seventeens 'Tattoo Me' eyeliner is a life changer. It literally will not move. I haven't tried it under water but I am almost positive it probably wouldn't come off in a monsoon. Perfect when its sweaty humid weather on holiday.

I purchased Topshop's lipstick in Infrared after reading so many good reviews about it. I was looking for an orange/red that would suit my skin tone for quite a while. Although many people have said it's quite drying I have had no issues and I am a little bit in love with this.

Also I purchased Maybelline's SuperStay Better Skin concealer based on some good reviews and blogs about this new product. Admittedly I will love this in winter because of it's serious high coverage but I'm disappointed with the lack of colour choice. I chose Medium so I could use this when I got a tan but the difference between the lighter and medium shades are ridiculous! It is also way too high coverage concealer for holidays but it'll be great when I can use the paler shade in winter.

Make up recommendations?

NIP + FAB

I have wanted to try the Nip + Fab products for a while but I was obviously sceptical... anything that claims to give me 'abs daily' sounds a bit unrealistic. However, as Millie Mackintosh has just been announced as the face of the brand, I figured I would give it a try if she was willing to put her name behind a brand! Also this was a last chance at clawing back a bikini body before my holidays!

I researched this endlessly beforehand as I was looking at paying £19.50 for a product that could end up being just a nice smelling moisturiser. Thankfully I found that Superdrug have the Nip + Fab range on half price offer at the moment so I bought this whilst it was cheap to see whether it lived up to its rave reviews.

I have been using this now for around 2 weeks and admittedly my skin does feel tighter around my tummy and hips but I'm unsure if this is a result of the cream, my exercise routine or just a mind game of both! It smells lush, is a really good moisturiser (albeit an expensive one) and if the cream is behind the skin tightening... it is well worth the money! I'll be trying the Body Fix next time to be used after exercise!

MINI BEAUTY HAUL

I went on another shopping trip into Manchester city centre with no intentions of buying anything else after Sunday but this intention never prevails. Ever. I am so excited about these purchases though because I have been wanting some premium make up and some sunglasses for a while now and I am excited I have finally found some!!

IN MY MAKE UP BAG

I wanted to do my first beauty post basically on the products I currently have in my make up bag(s).

I had to narrow this down quite a lot or I would have been taking pictures for hours and it's only since doing this blog I have realised I have an insane amount of lipsticks and I literally had to chose my favourite few! I don't really buy my make up based on my personal favourites, I get different brands almost every time I run out of anything, really just because I'm on a mission to find the best ones for me really.

I like to mix premium brands with high street brands but as I said, I still haven't found my perfect make up combination and the only thing I absolutely swear by is my MAC gel eyeliner, which I haven't changed since being around the age of 16.
